Ty Kincaid has been selected to participate in the 2026 Prep Baseball Future Games, one of the premier college scouting events in the country.
Kincaid, the top-ranked left-handed pitcher in Nevada’s Class of 2028 per Prep Baseball Report, will compete in the 16U division of the event, which runs July 22–25 at LakePoint Sports in Emerson, Ga.
The Future Games has grown into the largest college scouting event in the country since its founding in 2011. More than 400 college coaches attended last year’s event — the second consecutive year that threshold was reached — making it one of the most consequential weeks on the annual recruiting calendar.

Top Tier Las Vegas LHP Ty Kincaid Selected to Prep Baseball Future Games
Kincaid stands 6’4″ and currently sits 84 mph with his fastball, working four pitches with consistent strike-throwing and a low-effort delivery that evaluators have noted as a significant indicator of future velocity. He relocated from Kansas to Las Vegas ahead of this past summer and continued developing without interruption.
Las Vegas Director Patrick Flowers recently had this to say about Kincaid’s development considerable runway ahead:
“He’s 6’4″ now, and just really learning how to use his body properly,” Flowers said. “That’s going to be the biggest unlock for him — in a year when he’s flirting with 6’7″ and he’s going to be in the 90s with his fastball from the left side and a three-pitch mix. Ty’s talking about playing D1 baseball, but if everything shakes out the way we want it to, we’re going to be talking more than that.”
Brett Harrison, Mountain West Supervisor at PBR, offered a similarly bullish take.
“It’s pretty impressive — being 6’4″ with the velocity still to come,” Harrison said. “The delivery is consistent and low-effort. He’s not straining and reaching back for velocity. He lives in the zone. He understands his game.”

Future Games participants receive a full tech package that includes TrackMan hitting and pitching metrics, Blast Motion swing data, athletic measurements, and vision testing analysis through Vizual Edge — a performance snapshot that will serve as a meaningful baseline for Kincaid heading into what figures to be a pivotal developmental stretch.
Kincaid will anchor the starting rotation for the Las Vegas 16U Americans this summer. That group will compete nationally throughout June and July, with notable trips to Florida (Prep Baseball Florida Open at IMG Academy) and Arizona (Perfect Game WWBA National Championships at the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Spring Training Complexes).
Kincaid will also pitch for the Top Tier Select national team at the USA Baseball National Championships at the USA Baseball Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina from June 23-26.
