It’s that time of year.
Top Tier Las Vegas is hosting tryouts for the 2026-27 season across all age levels — 8U through 18U — and we’re expecting the largest tryout field in program history.
The first round is this month. A second wave follows in June, with rosters finalized by end of month. We strongly encourage interested players to attend the first round or schedule a private workout. Spots aren’t held. Rosters fill when our player development staff finds the right fit at each age level, and once they’re full, they’re full.
What is Top Tier Las Vegas?
Top Tier Las Vegas is a data-driven player development program and a satellite of Top Tier Baseball — one of the longest-running and most successful youth baseball organizations in the country. Founded in Chicago in 2004, the Top Tier network has sent more than 5,500 players on to play collegiate baseball.
In Las Vegas, we’ve built something that didn’t exist here before: a legitimate, professional-grade development environment for youth and high school players who want to be pushed.
Our coaching staff features current and former professional and Division I players and coaches with decades of combined experience and certifications up to NASM-PES and CES. Players train with Rapsodo and Pelotero — the same technology used at the highest levels of the game — and receive feedback that is specific, measurable, and actionable.
Our Winter Player Development Program set the standard for what this program is capable of. We finished the year with program-wide physical and mental gains, zero arm injuries, and minimal soft-tissue injuries. That doesn’t happen by accident.

Every Top Tier Las Vegas player is part of a national network that includes roster bid opportunities for Top Tier Select national teams, exclusive access to Prep Baseball events, and a pipeline to collegiate baseball that has produced results for more than 5,500 players and counting.
